In the 80's we lived in Canmore (near Banff), but usually travelled to Fernie on winter weekends to enjoy the powder skiing. In 2000 to 2004 (yes it took a long time to build!) we built Kimbers Timbers.
Located on the mountain. This ski in, ski out home is nestled to the side of an old ski run. Kimbers Timbers commands breath taking views of the Elk Valley, the ski hill and the Lizard range (Canadian Rockies). Constructed of recycled Douglas fir timbers, saved from the decking of a bridge that once crossed the Columbia River at Trail B.C
